Stop Avoiding Your Website Redesign
Barbara is one of those people you love to know in life.
A complex blend of refinement, sass and a little snark for good measure.
This is why I was so surprised by her company's original branding. Turns out, it wasn't resonating with Barbara either. She wanted something more, but didn't know exactly how to put that into words.
So like most people, she avoided dealing with her website.
Until she met me. :)
I saw her complexity and the nuances of refined style she brought to her work.
Barbara is a corporate content writer with deep knowledge in how to find and own your voice. As she puts it, "You are the best writer for your solo business" and she wants to writing content to not suck for you.
She calls her service WordBrand and it is a brilliant investment for any business (including my own!). But she needed a brand and website that reflected this (and her) in a much better way.
So we started to elevate her logo, and then her website.
Barbara also runs live and virtual workshops for solo business owners. So I gave her a modern, sleek PPT template that represents her well.
She even emailed me the first time to tell me how easy it was to use. WIN!!!!!!
Oh, that's another thing. Barbara is a "only use one exclamation point and sparingly" kind of writer/editor. So I love to use them excessively when we exchange emails. Seems only fitting to add them here as well just for her. :)
In the website building process, I saw Barbara start to own her business. The packages she had struggled to create came together. The services she had trouble articulating became very clear.
By the time we finished, she had a brand and website that resonated with her.
For Barbara, the process was an exercise in defining how she wanted to run and present her business in a bigger way.
